Inviting a User

To invite a user to your tenant, click on the Tenant link on the navigation bar which will take you to your tenant management page. Here you will see information related to your tenant and links to different areas such as Users, Roles, Policies, Products and Providers.

Click on the Users tab (this is often the default selection), you will then see a list of all users who are registered to the tenant. Select the Add User button on the right side of the screen. You will be presented with a modal with the following options:

  • Email - The email of the user you would like to invite to the tenant.
  • Grant Access - A checkbox that determines whether the user will have access to the tenant environment you are managing.
  • Roles - The roles to assign to the user for this tenant. This is a multi-select input and will allow you to select multiple roles to assign to the user.

Add user

Once you have entered the required fields, click on the Save button. This will add the user to the tenant, and will provide the user with the selected roles on the current environment if you selected the Grant Access option.

The user will receive an email with a link to register their details, set their password and thereby access the tenant environment.

The invited user will be displayed with a status of Email unconfirmed in the user list.

Resending the invite to the user

If the user has not received the email or the email or the link in it has expired, you can resend the clicking the user options (three dots) and selecting the Resend registration invite button on the user list page.
