Tenant Environments

What are Tenant Environments?

Tenant environments provide segregated access to the AireSuite products. Users are given access along with role(s) on an environment by environment basis.

When your tenant gets created, it will be presented with the option to add from the default environments - Sandbox, Development, Staging and Production.

If the tenant was created with fewer default environments, one or more of the remaining environments or new custom environments can be added. This can be requested via a support ticket

For example:

• User1 has access to the Development environment with an Admin role, and the Staging environment with a Tester role, and no access to the Production environment.
• User2 may only have access to the Production environment with a Clinician role.

When managing users through AireIdentity you can only grant them access to and give them a role in the environment that you are currently logged into.

In order to make it easier to manage users across different environments, an environment switcher is available underneath the user menu in the top right corner of the application.
