Deleting a Role

It is advised to be cautious when deleting roles. Roles can be assigned to many users across the tenant environments and deleting them will affect the permissions of any users with the role.

You can delete a tenant role from the Roles page. To begin, find the role you would like to delete on the table and select the action menu on the right and select Remove Role option.

You can also search for roles by clicking on the 🔍 Search icon and entering the role key or name. This will filter the roles in the table.

You will then be presented with a confirmation dialog modal. Ensure you have selected the correct Role by checking the name and then click Confirm. If you selected the wrong role by mistake then click Cancel.

The Tenant Admin role is unable to be deleted as this is required to manage the current tenant, therefore this is greyed out from deletion.
