Logging into AireIdentity

You can access AireIdentity by visiting AireIdentity. When accessing the application, if you are already logged in, you will be automatically redirected to the AireIdentity application; if not, you will be presented with the login screen.

Logging In

The login page provides a straightforward and secure way for users access the application.

Username and Password Login

This is the standard login method if you have registered using your email address and password.

Log into your account using the username and password you originally signed in with when registering for AireIdentity and clicking the Login button. You can optionally select the Remember me? checkbox if you want the system to remember your login even after closing your web browser.

If you have forgotten your password then click on the Forgotten your password? link and this will guide you through the steps to reset your password. If you still have issues logging in then please contact support@aireinnovate.com where one of the support teams will be able to assist you.

Multi-Factor Authentication

If your account has been configured to use multi-factor authentication, you will be prompted to enter a code sent to your registered email address or from the Authenticator app. This is an additional security measure to ensure that only you can access your account.

External Login

Your login screen may also include external authentication providers such as Google and AzureAD. If you have registered with an external provider before, you will need to click on the corresponding button to login. You will be redirected to the provider's login page and be required to complete any additional steps required (e.g. multi-factor authentication). After successfully authenticating with the external provider, you will be redirected to AireIdentity.

Tenanted Login

You can initiate a tenanted login by prefixing your tenant key as a subdomain. For example, if the key for your tenant is abc, you can visit https://abc.identity.aireinnovate.com.

Depending on how your tenant and providers are configured, your login screen will only contain the login methods available for your tenant. Find out more.

Environment Selection

If your user has been assigned to multiple tenants or multiple tenant environments, you may be presented with a tenant environment selection page.

To continue logging in, select the tenant and environment you want to log into and then press the Continue button. You can also log out from this screen by clicking the Logout button.

Home Page

Once you have successfully logged in, you will be presented with a list of AireSuite applications that you can launch.
